Although Massachusetts is a “no fault” state for Divorce, many clients choose to go forward with an investigation. Some clients just want to know: who, what, when and where, while others still believe, as I do, that judges are people too. They have a conscience and religious convictions, and although they won’t admit it, can be influenced, though be it subconsciously, by the tawdry details of a lying and cheating spouse contradicted by evidence uncovered by a professional investigator.
